What should I include in my request?
A photo of your stairs or floor registers, the flooring product you’re using and any measurements you have. The more we know, the faster we can confirm the details and price.
Do I need to bring my flooring?
Usually, yes. We make your stair parts and vent covers from your own flooring so they match. We’ll tell you how much material we need when we confirm your order.
Can I visit the workshop?
Yes. We’re at 57 Ashbridge Cir, Unit 1, Woodbridge, Monday to Saturday from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm. Calling ahead helps us make sure the right person is available.
How far do you travel?
We work with homes within about 150 km of Toronto. That includes the whole GTA, Hamilton and Niagara, Kitchener-Waterloo and Guelph, Barrie and Collingwood, and Durham Region east to Peterborough and Cobourg. If you’re further away, contact us and we’ll tell you what we can do.
Do you install, or supply only?
Both. You can pick up your finished order from our Woodbridge workshop, or we can arrange professional installation.
